External partners are users outside of the permitted domain. By adding external partners, you will be able to tag them in issues to seek help.

External partners have restricted access. They are only permitted to reply to issues when tagged by users or admins.

Adding external partners

1. Click on the External Partners tab on the menu

2. In this page, click on the + Add New External Partner on the top right hand corner

3. Click on Add after filling in the necessary information
