Dashboard Navigation


The dashboard allows you to have an overview of your Gotrix activities.

1. Issue Overview

  • Pie Chart: Shows a summary of the total number of “open” (unresolved) issues

  • Add New Issue: Click here to create a new issue

  • Open Issues: Overview of some of the issues that requires attention. The issues are sorted by urgency level

2. Announcements

  • Overview of the recent announcements

  • Click on View All to view all the announcements

3. Chat Box

  • Chat with anyone within your company

4. Vessels

  • Overview of the vessels

    • For “Users”, you can only view vessels that are assigned to you

  • You can sort the vessels by

    • Name

    • Updated”: Based on its latest activity

    • No. of Issues”: Vessel with most issues are showed first

5. Company Directory

  • At the bottom of the dashboard, you will be able to view other users from your company
