Starting group conversations

Click on Chat icon on the top right hand corner of the dashboard.

1. To start a new conversion, click on + New Conversation.

2. To start a group conversation within your company, click on the Group tab.

3. Under Group Name, key in your desired name for the group.

4. In the drop-down menu, you can select participants that you want to be added into the group.

5. Click on Confirm when done.

Starting private conversations

1. To start a private conversation within your company, click on the Single tab.

2. In the drop-down menu, you can select whom you would like to converse with.

3. Click on Confirm when done.
